  • The eSIM has not been activated or installed on any device
  • The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase
  • The eSIM profile was defective or could not be activated due to technical issues on our end

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • The eSIM has already been activated or used
  • Your device does not support eSIM (please check compatibility before purchasing)
  • Data speed or coverage did not meet expectations (as network quality depends on local providers)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through our contact page with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
